How long does shipping take within Australia?
We offer Express Shipping via Australia Post, which typically takes 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas. Standard shipping can take between 4-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for Australian customers?
You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Do you offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options?
Yes, we support Afterpay and Zip Pay for all Australian orders, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free installments.
How do I know which size to order?
Most of our garments are designed for a bodycon fit. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page to find your perfect fit in AU sizing.
Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
For orders under $1,000 AUD, there are generally no additional customs duties. GST is included in the price shown at checkout for all Australian orders.
