We want you to love your Oh Polly fit, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Australian postcode to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to send back and provide a reason for the return to help us improve your experience.

  Choose Shipping Method

  Select your preferred return carrier and download your pre-paid shipping label or generate a QR code for drop-off.

• 4.
  Post and Track

  Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop the parcel at any Australia Post location, keeping your tracking receipt until processed.
